amNewYork is looking for Sports Interns for the fall semester. The ideal candidates are hard-working, meticulous and self-motivated team players with previous newspaper and/or online experience. Interns work out of amNewYork's Manhattan office, or in the field. Interns will be writing news and feature stories for sports, conducting and transcribing interviews both in the office and in the field, writing headlines and cutlines, copy editing, researching, rewrites and choosing photos for the sports pages.
